Graeme Cotton – Chief Executive Officer
Graeme is a dynamic small business educator with more than 20 years of management experience working with small businesses, not-for-profit organisations, and local government. Graeme has a proven track record of increasing market share and profitability while reducing costs for many small businesses.

Jessica Downes – Administration Officer.
Jessica joined our BGC team last year. She worked at Kirkton Park Hunter Valley before joining our team. She brings her great experience of more than 5 years as an Admin Star. She currently supports our front desk, reception, customer service, and our Training Programs.

Gina Novoa – Marketing & Events Officer
Gina is an experienced Marketing Manager and an entrepreneur with a strong analytical and innovative thinking. She is passionate about creating unique content and delivering exceptional results. She has over 5 years of experience in Product Development, Project Management, and Digital Marketing. This has provided her with strong skills in online marketing, digital marketing strategy, and brand management. Her international and engineering background provides a depth of understanding and experience, enabling her to be flexible and deliver a high level of productivity within our team.
As a Marketing & Events Officer, she is responsible for implementing the Business Growth Centre’s Marketing Plan, organising and managing events, coordinating the Lake Macquarie Business Excellence Awards and Women in Business Network as well as all the workshops, training courses, Business Incubator Program and other events of the Business Growth Centre.
Jennifer Roberts – Finance Officer
Jenn provides support on financial and accounting matters.
