What can I do with a leadership and management diploma?
You could use the qualification to become a mid-level manager in a business or organisation. The skills and knowledge you gain will support you in a commercial entity, small to medium enterprise, public service or not for profit organisation. You could be working as a paid employee, be self-employed or a volunteer – these skills are totally transferable across a range of industries and working contexts.

How long will it take?
There are twelve  units to study in this program. Each unit will take you about a month to complete, including your classroom or correspondence study time and the time you need to work on your assessments. How long it takes you to work through each unit will depend on how much you already know about the topics – allow about 8-10 hours per week if you are relatively inexperienced in mid-level management.
Do I have to come to class?
You learn a lot from being in a group environment with other people and sharing what you know with one another. If it is not possible for you to come to classes at the Centre, there are other ways you can complete your study. Call or email us to find out more.
